How to order a repeat prescription

The best way to order a repeat is to click on the large green button at the top of our website labelled Prescription.

This will take you to our online portal. Once logged in, click on Prescriptions and complete the online form for Order Prescription

1. Select from the three drop downs - doctor, delivery and urgency
2. Type in the name of your preferred pharmacy that you would like to collect your medicines from.
3. Select the medications you would like repeats for by checking/ticking the select box
4. Add any comments (if applicable)
5. Click "Submit Request" 

We will automatically send it to your preferred pharmacy. Please allow 48 hours (Mon - Thurs) for the script to be processed.  If your script is ordered on a Friday please note it will not be available for collection until after 2pm the following Monday.  Repeat prescriptions are $25.00.

Alternatively, you can call our main line on 09 950 7351 and order a repeat prescription by selecting option 2. When ordering by phone, please leave your name, DOB, best contact number, chosen pharmacy and medication required. Your prescription will be ready for collection at reception or sent to your chosen pharmacy within 24 hours.
