Heidi Stacevicius - Podiatry Services I was born and and grew up in Pakuranga and still live around the area.
I graduated from AUT on the North Shore in 2010 after three years of study to recieve my Bachelor in Health Science - Podiatry. During this time I trained at North Shore Hospital and AUT's on campus clinic. I also did a 3 month stint in Wellington, working at both Hutt Hospital and The Orthotic Centre Wellington - of which there is also a branch in Auckland. These placements have given me an excellent background and passion for wound care and orthotic therapy.
Straight after recieving my degree I began work as a contractor, working with mostly diabetic patients for Waiora PHO in the Waitemata DHB. I travel out to West Auckland every day during the week except Wednesday - when I'm here at PMC.
I love the varied work that public and private healthcare offers, and am so lucky to be able to work in both areas. I am excited to be a part of the multi-dimension team here in Pakuranga and am looking forward to growing with this practice. |
